About Tracy DeCicco

Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and raised in Charlotte, I’ve always called this state home. My career began in uptown Charlotte, where I spent more than a decade in the Human Resources Department at what was then First Union National Bank. After moving to Statesville, my husband Jim and I built and operated a successful new‑construction plumbing company for over 20 years. Those years taught me the value of hard work, strong relationships, and the importance of a well‑built home.

I joined Lake Norman Realty in August 2025, drawn to a company whose values of service and community mirror my own. Real estate quickly became more than a profession for me, it’s a passion. I love exploring different homes, understanding what makes each one unique, and helping clients find the place where their lives can truly unfold. Matching the right home with the right person is something that genuinely excites me.

I’ve been married to Jim for 21 years, and we’re proud parents of three adult children and grandparents to two wonderful little ones. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I’m grateful to have my mom, Anna, living right across the street, her presence is a daily reminder of the importance of home and community. All of these pieces of my life reinforce what I believe deeply: home is where life happens.
